Job Title: Behavior Analyst BCBA

At VIA Centers for Neurodevelopment, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Analyst BCBA to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing educational and behavioral programming based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the IEP team to develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral programs for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Conduct assessments and develop data collection systems to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans to address challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff on Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the IEP team to develop and monitor student transitions to lesser restrictive environments.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in special education, psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Valid Virginia license in Behavior Analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based strategies for learners with autism and other developmental disabilities.
