Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess an active license in physical (BSPT, MSPT, DPT), occupational (BSOT, MSOT), or speech (MA, MS, CCC-SLP) therapy, meeting the educational requirements specified for that license type. Additionally, candidates must hold current ASHA certification if a speech therapist, current NBCOT certification if an occupational therapist, and be registered/licensed with the applicable state.

It is essential to maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment. Candidates should also have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in long-term care or a related field, and CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current throughout employment.
