Job Description:

The Veterans Support Associate will provide essential support services to veterans, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare teams and families
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social services or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications: CPR, First Aid (as applicable)
