Veterans Healthcare Support Specialist

CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $40,989 and $66,917, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Nursing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
In addition to providing hands-on care, you will also contribute to the development of treatment plans, participate in training and education programs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your compassion, empathy, and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a healthcare setting (desired)
