Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Novalink Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for providing technical support to DPI staff, troubleshooting computer issues, configuring and maintaining desktop equipment, and following established technical and procedural processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to DPI staff, including troubleshooting computer issues and configuring and maintaining desktop equipment.
  • Follow established technical and procedural processes to ensure efficient and effective support.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document knowledge and procedures to improve support processes.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office 365 & Windows 10 Support
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • General software troubleshooting
  • Experience creating standard operating documentation for processes that have not already been documented.
  • Experience creating troubleshooting documentation for newly discovered software and hardware issues.
  • Experience evaluating new hardware and software proposed for agency standardization.
