Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IDR Healthcare. This role will provide an opportunity to work with our largest client in the engineering market, managing the communications for onsite technicians and displaying working knowledge of networking systems.
The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge with IT Cares, ServiceNow, or other call center applications, as well as experience in client LAN/WAN environments and standard wiring, including DHCP, DNS, TCPIP Fundamentals, and NAT/PAT. They will also be familiar with video, web, and audio conferencing for communication purposes and have operating knowledge of both MacOS and Windows systems.
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and installation experience with access control systems, activating and maintaining CCTV cameras, and related systems. They will also work with onsite technicians and manage their responsibilities, as well as have a working knowledge of process manuals and system documentations as needed.
Certification in Brivo, 3X Logic, and S2 is a plus. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
