About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Recruitment Associate to join our team at Pinnacle Clinical Research. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential research participants, building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our research studies within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Recruitment: Identify and engage potential research participants through various outreach activities, including health fairs, public events, and community outreach programs.
  • Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and businesses to promote our research studies and recruit participants.
  • Health Education: Provide accurate and timely information to community members and healthcare providers about our research studies and the benefits of participating.
  • Study Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling of research participants for study visits, ensure accurate data collection, and maintain subject confidentiality.
  • Fibroscan Technician: Perform Fibroscans and Memory Screens as required, and maintain accurate records of results.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in clinical research or healthcare.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
