About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for advancing our community and customer experience through online and traditional marketing efforts.

This role requires tight interaction with the marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand and to achieve overall goals.

You will be responsible for creating, delivering, editing, and optimizing marketing materials and advertising campaigns, as well as executing new community launches, preparing weekly sales reports, and maintaining social content for communities.

This is a part-time position, requiring 15-20 hours per week, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage stakeholders and create content delivery plans
  • Manage and maintain our social media marketing and advertising efforts, including creating and scheduling posts and updates
  • Coordinate all marketing services for listings, including website management, SEO development, and tracking analytics
  • Prepare and edit marketing materials, including listings, flyers, and brochures
  • Assist in the planning and organization of team events and market across all social media channels
  • Ensure that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent
Qualifications
  • B.S./B.A. in Marketing or related majors preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year marketing/brand management in an agency or real estate sales environment
  • Possesses a proven track record of sales/marketing performance
  • Exceptional phone skills
  • Social media expert
  • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
  • Highly proficient with marketing concepts
  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for new solutions and challenging broad-based audiences
  • Knowledge of forward-design concepts
  • Some understanding of the sales process for residential real estate
  • Enjoys the challenges of new products, new environments, and working with a new team
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (intermediate)
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
