Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

At Etison LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of impactful marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive business growth.

About the Role
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the COO/CMO and marketing team to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, events, and content creation.
  • Project Management: Lead coordination efforts by providing clear direction, reminders, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.
  • Content Development: Assist in developing compelling marketing content that aligns with the company's goals and resonates with our audience.
  • Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, organize marketing assets, and handle routine administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader company objectives.
  • Budget Management: Help track marketing expenses, contractor invoices, and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
About You
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced or start-up environment.
  • Organizational Skills: You're a master at managing multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana), and marketing platforms.
  • Team Player: You excel in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative and work independently when needed.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in marketing materials and campaign execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
  • Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and grow within the marketing field, with opportunities to advance in the company.
  • Ability to Travel: You can attend company events across the country.

The target compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000, based on qualifications and experience.
