Job Overview

Blue-White Industries is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of our overall marketing plan, with a focus on B2B, trade show, and inventory management.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Import and export data from CRM as needed.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with our graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Support our sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, and relaying customer service requests.
  • Assist the marketing manager with the execution of various meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
  • Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • 1-3 years' direct experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or CRM systems.
