Engagement Specialist for Elderly Care at David Place

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Life Enrichment programs that enhance the physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual wellness of residents.
  • Provide Life Enrichment services, including assessments, goal setting, care planning, and individualized interventions.
  • Organize and oversee community events from inception to completion.
  • Foster open communication with residents and their families.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events.
  • Ability to remain standing or seated for extended periods as required by activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Senior Living with an emphasis on activity planning is beneficial.
