About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. As a key member of our wealth management advisory firm, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs, onboard new clients, and ensure accurate client records.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to the company and enhance client relationships.
  • Prioritize Principals' time and initiatives by acting as the point of contact for client concerns.
  • Manage technology for Principals' brand and reputation, including social media and CRM systems.
  • Maintain updated client information in CRM systems to ensure accuracy and maximize data effectiveness.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree required.
  • 4-6 years' experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in client service administration.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient time management, and organizational skills.
  • Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attitude and extraordinary client service orientation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer-based programs and CRM's, such as Calendly.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
