Job Description

RockCreek is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Services Senior Associate. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for creating and refining operational processes that enhance and support investor relations.

You will field inbound inquiries, respond to business development requests, and develop presentation materials for customized portfolio pitches to prospective investors. Additionally, you will create marketing and branding materials using graphic design, coordinate and prepare presentation materials for regularly recurring client reviews, and schedule investor meetings and maintain calendars.

As a Client Services Senior Associate, you will also be responsible for creating preparation material for investment team members prior to investor meetings, calls, and events, completing RFPs, RFIS, and DDQS, and writing reports and support materials for regularly recurring internal meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of related financial services experience in a client-serving position
  • Understanding of the asset management industry, investment products, and strategies
  • Academic background in Marketing, Finance, and Business
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel and interest in learning new software tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture with an ability to take charge and manage projects under tight deadlines and flexible hours
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Client interfacing and client service skills with the ability to communicate with institutional clients
  • Absolute highest ethical standards and personal integrity
