Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Events Administrator to oversee event management operations at Veterans Sourcing Group. This is a long-term temporary position based in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive event plans that align with business objectives.
  • Managing event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistical arrangements.
  • Coordinating event marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Analyzing event data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, new venues, and market developments in the Miami and Southeast area.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Participating in regular meetings to discuss event progress and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Liaising with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in financial services is desirable.

Estimated Salary:$75,000 - $100,000 per year.
