Job Overview

Veterans Sourcing Group is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Event Coordinator to manage events from start to finish. This is a long-term temporary position based in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event strategies that support business goals.
  • Coordinate event planning, execution, and logistics, ensuring high-quality events.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and event materials production.
  • Analyze event data to optimize future events and improve ROI.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders using our event management platform.
  • Provide strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive event success.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and venue developments in the Miami and Southeast area.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and opportunities.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to share event updates and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Multitasking and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Liaising with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in financial services is desirable.

Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year.
