Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fellow to join our team at the Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana. As a Radiology Department Assistant Fellow, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our radiology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Transportation: Safely transport patients to and from the radiology department and other patient care areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate processing equipment to facilitate patient flow and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including scheduling examinations, releasing films, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Technical Assistance: Assist radiology technologists with various technical procedures and provide support as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the radiology department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a high level of organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Must have completed 1 year of an accredited Radiography Program and be in good academic standing.
  • Experience: Must be within 12 months of program completion and currently CPR certified.
  • Licensure: Current Indiana State Department of Health Student License.
