Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, cold-calling, and warm leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospects and existing clients.
  • Evaluate and understand the needs and desires of your clients.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Effectively address objections while prioritizing the client's needs and objectives.
  • Increase sales revenue by leveraging phone, email, and potential client databases.
  • Meet phone time and sales targets as set by management.

Qualifications
  • Must currently hold an Ohio Property and Casualty License.
  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Background in theater, acting, or music is considered a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in computer software is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Professional demeanor in office and phone interactions.
