About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Contact Us. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in converting inbound calls into sales by registering appliance registrations and upselling customers on our client's warranty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and register appliance registrations
  • Upsell customers on appliance extended warranty products
  • Establish and maintain positive rapport with customers
  • Ability to clearly promote and convey benefits of our products
  • Ability to articulate and build rapport with customers
  • Ability to upsell customers and provide rebuttals to customer questions and concerns
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of call center experience preferred
  • Must be able to work onsite in Columbus, OH
  • Minimal of 1 year of direct-to-consumer sales experience required
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
  • Must have flexibility in schedule and excellent attendance history
  • Must be able to pass a background check, speed test, and skills assessments
  • Meet KPI metrics
  • Solid to advanced PC skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
  • Ability to use dual monitors
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
