Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system administration in a diverse environment, primarily focused on Microsoft Windows and RedHat Enterprise Linux.
- Possess a strong understanding of Windows Server functionalities, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Linux integration.
- Collaborate with team members in a dynamic technological setting, employing troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and operating system integration.
- Understand data redundancy and backup technologies; install and configure software applications as requested by users.

Required Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for security clearance eligibility.
- A University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- An active security clearance is essential.
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications within six months of employment.
- Familiarity with security infrastructure products and their functionalities.
- Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix servers and workstations.
- Proficiency in VMware technologies, including vCenter, vSphere, and VDI.
- Knowledge of Windows architecture, deployment, administration, performance monitoring, security hardening, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Competence in application installation and multi-server deployment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with NetApp storage solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Ansible, or Python.
- Experience in system hardening using compliance tools.
- Support experience for engineers in software and hardware development.
- Strong critical thinking skills to independently solve technical challenges and collaborate effectively.
