Job Summary

ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Mission Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in the El Segundo, CA area. As a key member of our Air Force and Space Division, you will play a critical role in supporting a contract that provides cradle-to-grave support to the United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SCC) Assured Access to Space (AATS) National Security Space Launch (NSSL) program.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and mentor government mission integration managers in manifesting payloads, executing mission integration, and monitoring payload development.

Serve as a government representative on the Multi-Manifest Office (MMO) side and interface with launch vehicle contractors, auxiliary payload customers, and other program stakeholders.

Support requirement development and verification activities, including mission requirements, interface requirements, launch services requirements, and launch vehicle hardware/analyses/CONOPS requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or a related STEM field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical/aerospace engineering, including at least two years of launch vehicle/space vehicle integration or launch/range experience with an emphasis on spacecraft or launch vehicle processing.

Active, current DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS), Special Compartmented Information (SCI) DoD security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in systems engineering or a related field.

Experience working with senior-level Space Force leadership in a program office environment.

Demonstrated competency in Microsoft tools, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and information technology (IT) systems and SharePoint-type databases.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Occasional movement about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

Frequently communicates with coworkers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800.00-$204,100.00.
