The Radiation Effects Specialist will be responsible for deriving radiation environments and applying those models to define and refine requirements, mission risk profiles, and CONOPS decisions. This role will also support electronic part selection with timely reviews, test execution, and information exchanges.
This position requires a subject matter expert and ambassador for the radiation effects discipline. The specialist will support numerous programs and products to ensure on-time and on-schedule deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have experience with radiation effects test and analysis, as well as a strong understanding of electronic part selection and test execution.
This role will play a vital part in improving the lifetime and capabilities of Millennium's products and vehicles.
The Radiation Effects Specialist will grow awareness of the critical role radiation effects play in the overall success of Millennium Space Systems.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance.
