We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Affordable Housing property, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising maintenance operations for properties with over 150 units.
  • Applying extensive knowledge of apartment maintenance.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational and team-building skills.
  • Overseeing the unit turnover process effectively.
  • Preparing for REAC inspections.
  • Utilizing Yardi software for property management.

Compensation and Benefits:

$75,700 annually, along with a full benefits package.

Work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Participation in an on-call rotation.
