Key Responsibilities

The primary duties associated with this position include:
  • Executing designated tasks in accordance with departmental requirements.
  • Performing various administrative duties such as handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and organizing documents.
  • Assisting with program initiatives as instructed by the staff.
  • Providing information regarding programs and services to the community.
  • Ensuring a tidy and secure work environment.
  • Complying with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Completing additional assigned responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Must be at least 16 years old at the commencement of employment.
  • Current high school junior or senior.
  • Competence in computer software including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a diverse array of individuals.
Additional Information

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High school junior or senior involved in the OAISD work-based learning initiative. Valid Michigan driver's license required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Tasks are performed in a conventional office setting.
