Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR department. This position is ideal for both current college students and recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to the success of our team. The HR Intern will be involved in various foundational tasks, including document and data organization and analysis, and creating PowerPoint presentations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for store-level employees.
  • Maintain and organize HR-related documents and data.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide HR-related data in a timely manner.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for HR initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Complete various tasks assigned by the team and supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college/university or a recent graduate, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a team environment.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not required.


Working Hours:

Requiring 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:30pm,1 hour lunch break.
