Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex clients and prospects, providing them with expert advice and financial solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships, leveraging your knowledge of the bank's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment banking, foreign exchange, and wealth management, to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Lead and facilitate dialogue with clients and prospects, providing them with expert insights and analysis to help them make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial lending or investment banking, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering financial solutions.
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen, with the ability to analyze financial statements and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses, with the ability to obtain within 180 days of start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Existing knowledge of the technology industry and market trends.
  • Experience working with technology clients or a strong passion for the sector.
