Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Greenberg, Grant & Richards, Inc. Our company has been a leader in the commercial collection industry for over 30 years, with a strong reputation for delivering results and superior customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a heavy amount of prospecting and lead-development with medium to large sized businesses across various industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing client sales potential, through the development of quality business relationships and promotion of new/existing company services. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits including 75% employer paid Medical, Dental & Vision, 401K, Paid Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Flex Time/PTO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold call new prospects to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Reload current and non-current clients to maximize revenue potential
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
  • Achieve or exceed individual monthly sales quota

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of inside and/or outside sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass skills test and background check
