Business Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at The Scalable Company, you will play a critical role in generating and conducting consultative discovery calls with investors, business owners, and C-level executives across multiple industries. Your primary objective will be to schedule sales-qualified leads with our Sales Team, who have opted in through one of our marketing assets.
Responsibilities:
- You will prospect for sales-qualified leads using the SDR outreach cadence, prioritizing the highest-value leads based on engagement recency and volume.
- Manage inbound meetings by communicating with leads who have scheduled an inbound discovery call, establishing trust, connection, and authority before the meeting.
- Field inbound SMS and emails.
- Establish high status and leadership from the beginning of each triage conversation.
- Uncover the prospect's current situation and desired situation while qualifying the prospect.
- Set expectations with the prospect regarding why, how, where, and when they should show up to the business consultation.
The estimated salary for this position is between $75,000 - $100,000+/yr (USD), which includes an annual base salary of $48,000 and a bonus per show of $30. You will also receive 1-3% of cash collected. This is a fully remote position with unlimited paid time off, allowing you to work independently and as part of a team. You will have the opportunity to ascend to an Account Executive position and develop sales for one of the most sought-after offers in the small business B2B space today.
