Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead eCommerce initiatives aimed at enhancing order management and improving customer interactions.
- Drive operational excellence in customer service, focusing on increasing customer satisfaction and reducing contact rates.
- Innovate and automate post-purchase experiences, streamlining order management and customer service operations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design effective solutions, manage budgets, and prioritize roadmaps.
- Develop product specifications and work closely with UX designers to create engaging mockups.
- Coordinate with architects to simplify technical designs and prioritize tasks based on strategic objectives.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and integrate insights into future development processes.
- Foster a deep understanding of Samsung's mission and the objectives of the eCommerce team.
- Inspire cross-functional teams by articulating a clear vision and strategy.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product direction and embrace constructive feedback.
- Lead the definition and execution of product go-to-market strategies, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong technical skills and proficiency in tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a degree in computer science or engineering is preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in delivering successful consumer Internet products.
- Experience in the consumer electronics eCommerce sector, particularly in supply chain and customer service operations, is advantageous.
- Exceptional design instincts and a keen eye for product quality.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $212,000 and $259,000, with actual compensation determined by relevant skills and experience.
