Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong development background and a passion for delivering high-quality digital solutions. This role involves managing multiple global projects focused on digital platforms, frontend applications, and ecommerce development. You will work closely with internal and external teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Global Delivery Teams: Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of delivery teams across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain key project deliverables, including charters, budgets, risk/issue logs, dashboards, and status reports. Ensure that all assets and resources are in place for successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and escalations. Serve as the trusted advisor, addressing any project-related concerns.
  • Agile Project Management: Lead Agile and Kanban project management practices, driving project sprints, backlog grooming, and ensuring smooth collaboration across globally distributed teams.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, issues, and blockers. Develop mitigation plans to ensure timely resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Scope Management & Change Control: Manage project scope and changes using structured change control processes, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure that all project documentation adheres to internal standards, and produce regular reports for internal and client stakeholders, tracking project progress and performance.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Build positive relationships within the team, fostering a collaborative environment across technology, creative, strategy, and marketing disciplines.
  • Client Vision & Strategy: Work with clients to understand their business objectives, contributing to shaping the vision for project success.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Project Manager: You have 15–18 years of experience in managing complex projects, particularly related to ecommerce, digital platforms, or frontend applications.
  • Development Savvy: You bring a solid technical understanding from a development background, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Agile Expert: You're proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and have experience in setting up and managing Jira or Azure DevOps environments.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You excel at planning, coordinating, and thinking through the small details while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Problem Solver: You're able to quickly identify issues and resolve them, using strong analytical thinking and good judgment to make decisions.
