About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Product Fulfillment Manager to join our team at WorldLink. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for driving ecommerce initiatives related to inventory and supply chain management, order management, fulfillment, and logistics. Your primary goal will be to innovate and automate processes to improve customer satisfaction, contribute to revenue growth, and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and implement product solutions, finalize estimates, budgets, and plans, and prioritize tasks in the upcoming roadmap.
  • Develop product specifications and work with UX designers to create mockups.
  • Work with architects to simplify product features for technical design solutions.
  • Prioritize and allocate work based on the roadmap and backlog.
  • Finalize plans, estimates, and schedules with engineering and QA teams.
  • Work with development and quality assurance engineers to build and ship features.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal account teams on new product launches.
  • Communicate and resolve issues, risks, and progress to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.
  • Internalize and deeply understand the company's mission and strategies, as well as the ecommerce team's objectives.
  • Distill vision and strategy for the team and get all members of the cross-functional team excited.
  • Be data-centric to make informed product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, customer behavior, or other business metrics.
  • Solicit and embrace critical feedback.
  • Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning (roadmap), and design of entirely new products and features to deliver against team and company goals.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
  • Drive definition of and execution against product go-to-market plans, including phasing and training.
  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in the ecommerce space.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integration, and backend applications.
  • Ability to work with technical teams and understand product testing.
  • Understanding of ecommerce, including order management, logistics, fulfillment, and inventory management.

  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders, vendors, logistic partners, HQ partners, and technical teams.
  • Stellar design instincts and product taste.
  • Ability to evaluate critically and question data and plans.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • A 'leader' personality - biased toward action, great collaborator, and master disambiguate/simplifier - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
  • Grittiness - you never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.

Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
