Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our vibrant legal team. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who excels in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be integral to our litigation efforts, providing essential support throughout the legal process. A thorough understanding of both pretrial and post-trial procedures is crucial, along with the ability to manage various tasks while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive litigation assistance, including drafting legal documents, managing discovery requests, and preparing for trials and depositions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research utilizing platforms such as Lexis and Westlaw.
  • Effectively oversee and maintain the litigation calendar.
  • Prepare and electronically file court documents, ensuring compliance with all court regulations and deadlines.
  • Analyze complex legal documents and draft pre- and post-trial briefs.
  • Perform cite-checking and bluebooking to guarantee the accuracy of legal documents.
  • Coordinate all aspects of trial preparation, including organizing evidence and preparing exhibits.
  • Utilize E-Discovery tools and systems for litigation support.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is essential.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation support is required.
  • Proficient in e-filing and legal research.
  • Experience with E-Discovery processes.
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability in drafting legal documents.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in legal documentation.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
