Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist Multi Reg PRN to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound exams, including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, small parts, neurological, and limited vascular procedures.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Travel to satellite facilities as needed to support staffing requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Sonography or equivalent on-the-job training.
  • ARDMS Abdomen/OB or ARRT(S) registry required.
  • Obtain ARDMS (RVT) or ARRT (VS) vascular certification within one year of graduation date.
  • OB/GYN, abdominal, and small parts experience required; neurological and limited vascular experience preferred.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association BLS certification required.
