Position:
Senior Assistant Librarian: Head of Learning, Research & Engagement Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance student engagement and success
- Collaborate with campus partners to integrate library services into curriculum and research
- Design and deliver innovative learning materials and support faculty initiatives
- Provide instructional support and serve as a liaison librarian
- Lead evaluation and assessment efforts to inform library services
Requirements:
- ALA-accredited MLS/MLIS or equivalent
- Proven experience in library services related to teaching, learning, and research
- Engagement and outreach services experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of library support trends
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse urban campus environment
