About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at North Star Chevrolet. This full-time position offers an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate warranty claims processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate with customers and manufacturers to resolve claim discrepancies or issues.
  • Analyze and interpret warranty claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure warranty repairs are completed promptly.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warranty administration within the auto industry is necessary.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer and dealership warranty policies and procedures is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software is necessary.
