About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing applicant paperwork flow, receiving and reviewing company and DOT requirements, and identifying potential errors or risks to the company.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in the transportation industry. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with applicants, agents, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage applicant paperwork flow and ensure compliance with company and DOT requirements.
  • Review and audit applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate with applicants regarding missing documents and provide timely updates on their application status.
  • Coordinate with agents and field recruiters to ensure seamless transition throughout the onboarding process.
  • Identify and address concerns based on agent needs and work with management to revise processes as necessary.

We estimate the salary for this position to be $20-$25 per hour, based on the location in Coraopolis, PA 15108.
