Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Moon Township, near Pittsburgh International Airport. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll through Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Maintain time and attendance records, manage timecard violations, and ensure system integrity for employee data.
- Oversee all recruiting administrative duties, including responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Assist with special projects, audits, compliance reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Administer all employee benefit plans, including enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations, while ensuring compliant record-keeping.
- Provide accurate reporting and required documents for all audits.
- Ensure compliant record retention, consistently maintaining current and complete personnel files.
- Reconcile monthly premium statements and ensure accurate and timely department allocations.
- Coordinate and manage employee activities/events.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of payroll experience is required.
- PAYCOM experience is highly preferred.
- 1+ years of previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is required.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, human resources, or a related field of study is preferred.
- Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft applications and Outlook, are essential.
- Strong Excel knowledge, including formatting, formulas, creating reports, and sorting data, is also required.
Work Environment:
This is an 8-hour day shift position, Monday to Friday, with overtime required as needed. The work location is in-person.
Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
