Aerotek is seeking a Paint Line Operator for a prominent medical manufacturing organization. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the painting process.

Position: Paint Line Operator

Work Schedule: Available for 1st and 2nd shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting quality inspections on manufactured components and managing their loading and unloading for the painting line operations.
  • Transporting painted components to internal assembly lines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of manufacturing procedures.
  • Ensuring that all items are hung in the correct sequence according to color specifications.
  • Performing visual inspections for defects and ensuring proper paint coverage, making touch-ups as necessary.
  • Consistently lifting and moving materials weighing between 50-60lbs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo a drug screening as part of the hiring process.
