Job Summary: We are in search of a skilled and experienced Independent Contractor-Communications Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in writing, public relations, and digital media, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while adhering to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Communications Specialist, Public Relations Specialist, or in a comparable role, ideally in a freelance or consultancy context.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for crafting engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and communication tools.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and creativity, with the capacity to devise innovative communication strategies and content.
  • Project Coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
