Job Title: Patient Access Representative

St. Luke's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Access Representative to join our team. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service from the moment they arrive at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register patients for services, including collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely registration.
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless registration processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and insurance information.
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve patient complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Insurance background preferred.
Work Schedule:

Monday, Saturday, Sunday, Friday - 5:00p-1:30a and work E/O Holiday as scheduled.
