As a key member of our Behavioral Health department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and family therapy sessions, case management, crisis stabilization, and treatment planning to children and families.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on accurate diagnoses and assessments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide referrals and coordination with community partners, including schools and other social service agencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
- A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, with coursework in psychological diagnostics.
- Meet WAC requirements for a Mental Health Professional.
- CMHS certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- English/Spanish bilingual proficiency highly desirable.
- Computer proficiency with Cerner and MS Office, and other medical software.
- Experience working with children and families, and knowledge of evidence-based models and wrap-around services.
- A competitive hourly rate of $32.26, with a rate of $35.35 for Licensed Child and Family Therapists.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, and EAP.
- Paid-time-off starting at 24 days per year, plus 10 paid holidays.
