Child Psychiatric Care Specialist

Columbia River Mental Health Services is seeking a skilled Child Psychiatric Provider to join our team. As a key member of our psychiatric department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and updated psychiatric evaluations, routine follow-up care, and medication management.
- Prescribe medications, individualized treatments, and ongoing medication management.
- Order lab and diagnostic tests when appropriate and interpret test results.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Coordinate care with other providers, counselors, and community care providers.
- An active, unrestricted Physician, Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant License.
- CPR certification.
- One year or more experience in behavioral health prescribing preferred.
- Ability to acquire and maintain DEA Controlled Substance Prescribing Registration prior to date of hire.
