Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Team Lead to join our team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a Program Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 38 staff members in providing high-quality care to adults with intellectual disabilities and serious mental illness in our residential treatment locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 38 staff members in providing daily unit operations and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop and mentor a team to success through strong communication and relationship building with internal and external providers and resources.
  • Ensure the health and well-being of residents and site are of utmost importance.
  • Engage with residents through socialization, developing and encouraging participation in on and off-site activities, shopping, trips, and other activities that support their social and personal well-being.

Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience OR Associate's Degree and 4 years of related experience OR a High School Diploma and 9 years of related experience.
  • Must obtain and maintain DPW Medication Train the Trainer certification.
  • Valid Driver license.
  • Ability to drive an organizational vehicle.
  • Act 33/34/73 clearances.
  • Pre-employment drug screen.
