Qualifications of Finance Manager

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA and CPA are preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a financial management capacity, showcasing success in financial planning and analysis.
  • High proficiency in financial software applications and ERP systems; advanced skills in Excel are essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
