Key Responsibilities:
  • Align learning experiences with existing competency maps for all technical roles.
  • Develop and deploy learning experiences to drive technical competency growth and ensure technical competency assurance.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of plant and field staff.
  • Develop and implement on-the-job training opportunities to decrease time to competence for technical staff.
  • Support all technical training programs, including StrongStart, Basic Services Course, and Plant Manager training.
  • Monitor, report, and steward technical training KPIs and metrics.
  • Work with stakeholders to review and recommend improvements to existing competency maps.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the development of new competencies and competency maps.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, technology advancements, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Regional leadership to develop regional training/competency strategy and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of field experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to steer effective communications via a defined communication approach.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Motivated individual with proven self-starting capabilities to create innovative solutions.
