- Develop and negotiate reinsurance treaties with global markets, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate underwriting and claims audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of company, market, and client-related documents.
- Align with regulatory and statutory policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain compliance.
- Coordinate internal resources to provide solutions to clients, including analytics, contracts, and client services.
- Develop and enhance relationships with senior executives of client companies to present materials and drive business growth.
- Participate in the development of our global production strategy and contribute to the growth of our business.
- Conduct research on industry topics and develop content to share with clients and prospects, published in journals and presented at conferences and tradeshows.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 15+ years of experience in reinsurance brokerage, underwriting, M&A advisory, or consulting.
- Proven ability to give presentations to senior executives.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a desire to innovate in a collaborative culture.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
- Proven command of mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
- ARe designation preferred.
