About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Home Health team in a flexible scheduling capacity. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
  • Instruct the patient's family in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment.
  • Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition daily.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • CPR Certification required.
