LPN Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state(s) of practice
  • Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2 years of in-home health care experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
