Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Employee Records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with state and federal regulations in our HRIS/other operational systems.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, such as offer letters and employee files.
- Assist in maintaining our LMS (Learning Management System) and engaging team members to complete trainings
- Team Engagement
- Plan and manage morale boosting activities/initiatives
- Compliance
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- Compliance projects to be delegated by the Director of HR.
- Assist with background checks and other compliance requirements for on-boarding.
- Assist in frequent HR audits for compliance.
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or applicable certificate, or no degree or certification but does hold equivalent proven experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles preferred.
- Familiarity with Massachusetts employment laws is preferred.
- Working in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
