Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Booth Creek Wagyu is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier customers, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Order Management: Accurately input high-priority orders into the Shopify system, monitor order status, and proactively address any potential issues.
  • Weekly Push List Communication: Compile and distribute weekly push list emails to market managers, highlighting current specials and priority cuts, and collaborate with market managers to gather feedback and adjust the push list as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination & Note Taking: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure that all key points, action items, and follow-ups are clearly documented and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
  • Sales & Operations Support: Assist the Sales Operations Manager with various tasks, including project coordination, special projects, and day-to-day administrative support, and provide additional support during peak seasons.
  • Special Projects & Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of special events, such as customer appreciation events, promotional activities, and in-store events, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of events are well-organized and executed to a high standard.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or project coordination.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
