Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals promptly for all inquiries.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, marketing initiatives, and sample distributions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with various businesses and clients, including law firms, medical offices, hospitals, and pharmaceutical representatives, to maintain a robust account list.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, including strengths and weaknesses of competitors, economic trends, and market demands, to effectively position our offerings.
  • Participate in site visits and relevant venue meetings to enhance the customer event experience.
  • Comprehend the cost structure of events and integrate this knowledge into solution designs while adhering to profitability guidelines.

Relationship Management

  • Deliver exceptional service by fostering and maintaining relationships with clients, venue staff, and various support functions.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client history and past experiences, enabling the creation of personalized event experiences.
  • Engage with clients by attending meetings, comprehending their objectives, and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure all client information is accurate and current at all times.
  • Facilitate connections within the Nusret network to uncover additional opportunities for existing clients.

Sales Accountability

  • Maintain a robust pipeline to meet established revenue goals.
  • Support sales forecasting efforts at the home location, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Adopt all standard operating procedures related to the role and any new initiatives that arise.
  • Stay informed about new product and service offerings, as well as emerging technologies that enhance meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) required.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and sales processes is preferred.
  • Technical proficiency and computer skills are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are necessary.
  • Knowledge of the brand and familiarity with all products offered is advantageous.
